- Manage Medication Services: Oversee the medication management program, ensuring that residents receive their medications in a safe and timely manner.
- Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care services, including quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
- Recruit and Retain Staff: Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that we have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional care services.
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience in Nursing Management: Minimum of two years of experience in nursing management, including experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
- Certifications and Training: Must be certified in CPR and First Aid, and have experience with electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, residents, and family members.
