The Creative Director will lead our dynamic creative team in developing innovative design solutions for various touchpoints, including website, product graphics, email templates, social media, brand campaigns, and video & photography content.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into impactful design concepts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives
  • Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery, refining drafts and generating creative ideas
  • Stay up-to-date on design software and industry trends
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations
  • Presentation and communication of work to internal teams, including executive leadership
  • Integration of feedback and recommendations into final designs
  • Review designs for errors before publication across all formats
Requirements
  • A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing video & photo productions
  • Ability to drive results and adapt to shifting deadlines
  • Process-focused with capacity to own and drive creative project roadmaps
  • Creative, curious, and passionate about design and current trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier, After Effects)
