Mobile Workforce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Workforce Manager to join our team at Hawaiian Electric Company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of electricity and services to the state of Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities- Providing process area-wide support and direction for implementation and optimization of policies, programs, projects, and procedures for mobile technologies and subsequent upgrades.
- Serving as the process area lead subject matter expert in the administration, management, training, implementation, and support of all matters pertaining to mobile technology functions and related work management processes.
- Working closely with other department functional administrators and users to ensure corporate consistency in work products and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of mobile technologies.
- Thorough knowledge of database management and security concepts and techniques.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and/or integrated enterprise-wide systems.
- Basic knowledge of other related systems such as eMESA, Repair Order, SIMS, Syclo, Click, Sharepoint, Map App, etc.
- Several years of experience in the area of Work Management.
- Several years of experience in project development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and assessment.
- Several years of experience in data processing, programming, and design.
