Responsibilities of the Front Desk Representative:
  • Welcome all members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive experience as they leave the facility.
  • Check in members and guests following established company protocols.
  • Utilize club software to relay messages during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about special events and promotions.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Exhibit professionalism at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist in selling retail products available at the front desk.
  • Coordinate member service appointments as needed.
  • Support retail, childcare, and other areas as required.
  • Process payments for member services in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Participate in various projects as assigned by club management.
  • This position may report to the Operations Manager when applicable.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Note that the responsibilities may be subject to change.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong reading and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • High energy and patience are essential.
  • Open availability is required.
