- Check in members and guests following established company protocols.
- Utilize club software to relay messages during member check-in.
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Inform members and guests about special events and promotions.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for all members.
- Address member requests or escalate to management as necessary.
- Exhibit professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist in selling retail products available at the front desk.
- Coordinate member service appointments as needed.
- Support retail, childcare, and other areas as required.
- Process payments for member services in accordance with company guidelines.
- Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Participate in various projects as assigned by club management.
- This position may report to the Operations Manager when applicable.
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Note that the responsibilities may be subject to change.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong reading and writing capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- High energy and patience are essential.
- Open availability is required.
