Job Title: Busser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Firestone Walker Inc. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room by providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our servers in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Bus tables and provide requested items to patrons in a timely and efficient manner
* Clean and reset tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
* Communicate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room and restrooms
* Report any guest concerns or issues to management

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card and California Responsible Beverage Service certification within 30 days of hire
* Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
