Job Title: Technical Program ManagerJob Summary:The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, overseeing acquisition program management, logistics, engineering, security, systems administration/information assurance, configuration/data management, and other related tasks.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and overseeing various projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multi-project initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including government agencies and teammate companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or STEM discipline, with at least 15 years of relevant experience within DoD.
- MS/MA or higher degree may be substituted for work experience requirements.
- Active Top Secret clearance, current within 5 years, on the first day of employment.
- Must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
The estimated salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
