Job Summary:

Lloyd Richards Personnel Services is seeking a highly skilled Tubing and Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the final assembled equipment meets engineering documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fit up piping spools with high accuracy
  • Perform hydro testing and pneumatic testing
  • Run and bend pneumatic control tubing
  • Assemble vessel internals and install trial fit external accessories
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wire diagrams, P&IDs, and general assembly drawings
  • Point-to-point wiring of power and control wiring
  • Cut and prepare pipe structural components
  • Knowledgeable of valves, instruments, and fittings
  • Ability to lead others and provide guidance

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical assembly skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
