Empire Telecommunications Technician (m/f/d) - Language Focus

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support complex language communication systems, including peripheral systems such as call centers, alarm systems, billing, and CTI servers.
  • Integrate communication solutions according to customer needs and collaborate with the team to develop them.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and provision virtual and traditional TK system solutions, including peripheral systems.
  • Monitor error and system messages, analyze, and track them.
  • Configure for quality/capacity and error monitoring.
  • Provide remote product deployment and troubleshooting in 1st level support, as well as act as a liaison to other departments.
Your Qualifications:
  • Technician/master in telecommunications technology or IT system electronics with a specialization in communication technology and professional experience.
  • Knowledge of data and telecommunications networks and their standards, architectures/protocols (IPv4/6, SIP, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern communication systems.
