Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between $83,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Job Description: As a Registered Dietitian at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient's core care team. You will analyze lab-work results and educate patients-and their families-on what to eat accordingly. Your ability to influence and lead will be critical to helping them live better lives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze lab-work results to develop personalized nutrition plans
  • Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient goals
  • Conduct regular health assessments to identify potential nutritional issues


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. You should also possess state licensure (if required), intermediate computer skills, and proficiency with MS Office applications. Additionally, you will need to complete the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% within six months of hire.
