Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at the Kahm Center for Eating Disorders in Burlington, VT.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. As a key member of our treatment team, you will work closely with clients and their families to create personalized meal plans and educate them on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create tailored nutrition plans for clients based on their unique needs and dietary requirements.
  • Educate clients and their families on effective nutrition strategies and healthy eating habits.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide ongoing support to clients in achieving their nutritional goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and eating disorders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with eating disorder clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for helping individuals with eating disorders achieve a healthy relationship with food.
