QualificationsEducational Background:

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in the information technology sector, with a specific emphasis on security awareness, privacy, and cybersecurity practices.

Specialized Skills:

At least five (5) years of experience in developing and advancing a security awareness training program for medium to large organizations.

Preferred Expertise
  • Experience with the Proofpoint Security Awareness Training platform for at least three (3) years.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CRISC, or CIPM.
  • Proficiency in policy, process, and procedure development, with the capability to translate complex information into accessible documentation.
  • Ability to advise management on effective cybersecurity education and awareness strategies.
  • Experience in drafting system-related requirements for solicitations.
  • Proven track record in managing or delivering security awareness training programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in creating executive-level presentations and facilitating virtual training sessions.
