Insurance Sales Professional

As an Insurance Sales Executive at AAA Mid Atlantic, you will be responsible for developing and selling customized insurance programs to meet the individual needs of Personal Lines and Small Commercial clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and present customized insurance programs to clients
- Partner with account management teams to provide exceptional service
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in insurance sales with above-average results
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
