This role involves working as an Account Manager with a successful State Farm Agent team, focusing on generating leads for Life and Health Insurance through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, identifying their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Market existing customers and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

About the Role:

  • The Account Manager will work closely with the State Farm Agent team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • The successful candidate will have strong sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, and be enthusiastic about helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A commission-based bonus structure, with the potential to earn $75,000 to $100,000 or more annually.
