Job Title: OTC Margin Operations Head

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Margin calls processing to ensure successful receipt and/or payment of agreed and eligible collateral.
  • Collateral optimization.
  • Resolution and escalation of exceptions (fails/cash breaks/margin disputes, etc).
  • Regulatory compliance through collecting/posting of eligible collateral, completing portfolio reconciliations and providing client valuations.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within the financial industry.
  • Experience in management of direct staff which includes day to day management, scheduled one-to-one meetings and year-end appraisals.
  • Experience in strategic change programs spanning multiple years in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organization.
