POSITION OVERVIEW

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting with the daily retail functions of the assigned store, encompassing sales and service, team leadership, and operational excellence.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver a welcoming and effective sales and service experience on the sales floor to meet sales targets and provide outstanding service.
  • Engage with in-store customers and cultivate a loyal client base to enhance sales.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies aimed at boosting sales and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of a team focused on client experience and support management.
  • Coach and mentor the team to ensure adherence to client service standards and company policies.
  • Organize and oversee in-store events, marketing campaigns, and CRM activities to encourage and reward repeat business.
  • Implement product and visual merchandising guidelines to optimize space and enhance sales.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including product receipts, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring both front-of-house and stock areas are well-kept.
  • Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledgeable in back-office operations management.
  • Skilled in visual merchandising techniques.
  • Able to recruit, train, and develop a team effectively.
  • Capable of collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to make independent decisions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
