The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Bakery Operations Supervisor collaborates closely with the Bakery Manager and team members to ensure the production of exceptional cakes, foster a friendly atmosphere, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The Bakery Operations Supervisor plays a key role in team leadership, working alongside the Bakery Manager to drive sales and profitability, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with NbC standards across all bakery functions.

This position is vital in embodying the NbC culture, reinforcing core values, and bringing our brand to life for both team members and guests.


Key Responsibilities:
Focuses on enhancing the guest experience, exemplifies excellent guest engagement, and cultivates a positive workplace environment.


Partners with the Bakery Manager to oversee all elements of guest satisfaction, cake production, brand presentation, work environment, financial management, and inventory oversight.


Aids the Bakery Manager in recruiting, selecting, and training team members, assigning daily tasks, and providing constructive performance feedback and coaching.


Ensures that NbC product quality, service standards, bakery environment, and visual merchandising are consistently maintained, adhering to food safety regulations and NbC policies.


Assists the Bakery Manager with operational and administrative tasks, which may include cake production planning, setting productivity goals, scheduling, supply procurement, sales and labor reporting, basic accounting, and payroll processing.


Co-manages special order fulfillment through various channels for individual and corporate clients, including large and complex orders.

Facilitates the opening and closing procedures of the bakery, including cash management and bank deposits.

Contributes to local marketing initiatives by coordinating and participating in special brand-building events.

Maintains hands-on familiarity with all bakery roles and steps in to perform various tasks as needed.

Proven success in delivering an exceptional guest experience and mentoring others to achieve the same, training new team members, directing others' work, and meeting productivity targets.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Work Availability:


Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the demands of the business.
