Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool in Poway. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, yet flexible to accommodate individual student needs.
  • Develop and lead activities that promote learning and play, while fostering a sense of community and collaboration among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with families and school administration to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Complies with all state-specific education requirements.
  • Must have one of the following: 12 Units in Early Childhood Education, High School Diploma or GED and some experience with children.
