  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Player Services staff to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and business results.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Guest Experience and Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Business Operations and Performance
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Player Services department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, department managers, and team members.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • A minimum of 1 year of related experience and 1 year of supervisory experience required.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Ohio Lottery Commission Gaming License.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Ohio Casino Control Commission Sport Gaming License.
    • Must obtain a Notary Public Commission.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to type 30-35 words per minute with accuracy.
    • Previous computer skills preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
