Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a committed and skilled Site Superintendent to become part of our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will oversee all phases of our construction projects, from the initial planning stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Site Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Supervising and coordinating the efforts of construction workers, subcontractors, and field personnel, offering guidance and direction as necessary.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and project plans, while providing input on construction methodologies and scheduling.
- Conducting regular site inspections to track progress and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Preparing and submitting regular progress reports, while maintaining thorough documentation for all construction activities.
- Implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential hazards and delays, and taking prompt corrective actions when deviations from the project plan occur.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Construction Operations Manager position will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably within the engineering sector.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety protocols, along with a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and direct a diverse team of construction professionals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to various construction sites as required.
- A professional certification in construction management or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
