Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lignetics Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Janitorial Duties: Perform light and heavy cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Facility Audits: Conduct regular assessments of facility conditions, identifying hazards and reporting repair needs and opportunities for improvement to the Plant Manager.
  • Support Operations: Assist with PM accountabilities, fill in as backup for designated pellet mill operator and/or packaging operator when needed, and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: One to two years of production line experience in an industrial setting highly preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day.
  • Skills: Good eye, hand, and foot coordination, ability to concentrate for extended periods, and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly wage of $19/hour.
