Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Master Trainer. As a Master Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing expert training programs to customers requiring skills in behavior change and management.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver QBS-designed training programs, primarily Safety-Care, to customers across various settings, including educational, residential, and treatment settings. You will travel extensively, conducting training classes in your local area when not on the road. This role does not involve direct client contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement QBS training programs according to training manuals and directive materials.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct multi-day training programs in the US or internationally, which may involve overnight stays and weekend travel.
  • Complete and submit paperwork accurately and timely, including training records and expense reports.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction through professional behavior, responding to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by participating in presentations, sales meetings, customer service calls, and other activities as assigned.
  • Participate in the design, development, and refinement of training materials to meet future client needs.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and stay up-to-date with current literature in applied behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience providing consultation and training in behavioral principles and procedures to para/professionals in autism/developmental disabilities services, psychiatric settings, brain injury rehabilitation, or other relevant human services settings.
  • Experience in hospital or residential settings preferred.
  • High-intensity behavioral challenges experience required.
  • Ability to travel 30 weeks per year with some weekend travel.
  • Physical requirements include standing and kneeling for long periods, getting up and down from the floor without support, and supporting weight to the ground or lifting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, and access to a reliable internet connection.
