Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cultivation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will play a vital role in the production of top-tier cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include assisting in all aspects of the cultivation process, from planting to harvesting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Care and Maintenance: Assist in the planting, watering, and feeding of cannabis plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Quality Control: Monitor plant health and identify any signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies to maintain the highest quality product.
  • Cultivation Procedures: Maintain strict adherence to cultivation procedures and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Harvest and Processing: Assist in the harvesting, trimming, and packaging of cannabis flowers according to company standards.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of cultivation activities, including plant inventory and production metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to optimize cultivation processes and achieve production targets.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cannabis cultivation preferred
  • Knowledge of cultivation techniques, including watering, feeding, and pruning
  • Familiarity with cannabis strains, genetics, and cultivation methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
