About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering Leader to join our team at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and supervision to a team of engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve civil/structural deliverables
  • Validate professional service and construction estimates
  • Produce professional service estimates and design criteria
  • Establish design criteria and scope of work
  • Lead teams to deliver on commitments
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company engineering design and CAD drafting standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in civil/structural engineering
  • Professional registration is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with specifications and installation details of construction bulk materials and equipment
  • Ability to create accurate civil/structural documents and develop civil/structural specifications
