Ed Morse is currently seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team

• Maintain professional relationships with customers
• Collecting payment from all service and parts customers
• Daily reconciliation for service and parts
• Incoming telephone calls, answering customers questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships
• Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments
• Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs

• Flexible schedule availability including Monday - Friday one week then Tuesday - Saturday Alternating weeks. Some Flexibility with other team members alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays & Holidays
• Must Possess general computer skills
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• CDK experience preferred
