Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Lab team at Lakeland Hospital St Joseph. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, utilizing the framework of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, incorporating patient-family centered care principles
  • Partner with patients and families to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Document education and learning in the patient's health record
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
