Plastic Injection Machine Operator at Allegiance Staffing

Are you skilled in operating injection molding machinery? We are looking for a dedicated Plastic Injection Machine Operator for the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation of products generated by injection molding machines.
  • Conduct visual inspections, trimming, and packaging of molded plastic items.
  • Detect molding issues such as shorts, splay, burns, flash, color inconsistencies, and contamination.
  • Maintain precise records of production, scrap, and downtime.
  • Receive training to handle various presses and products at standard cycle durations.
  • Utilize secondary equipment in the molding area for diverse tasks.
  • Follow both verbal and written directives in an injection molding environment.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a tidy and secure workspace in accordance with housekeeping protocols.
  • Participate in 5S and organizational initiatives within the department and facility.
  • Provide assistance in other departments as required.
