Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Kohler Co. in Sheridan, AR. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of 20-40 hourly associates working in the Faucet plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of production associates to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Coordinate and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
