About the Role

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a member of our crisis stabilization unit, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for support.
  • Administer medications and provide medical care as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred.
