Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and Repair Aircraft: Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and execute repairs of company aircraft, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Aircraft Inspections: Accomplish aircraft inspections per company procedures, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead and guide mechanics on advanced tasks, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Materials and Tooling Coordination: Coordinate materials and tooling requirements for projected work, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support maintenance activities.
- Scheduling and Manpower Management: Schedule manpower to cover aircraft maintenance and inspections, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company and FAA procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Line Maintenance on Boeing Aircraft, with at least 1 year of Lead experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft software and the use of digital manuals, with formal training on advanced systems/avionics on Boeing aircraft.
