Job Description

At MERSINO DEWATERING LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business development within your assigned territory, serving as a representative of the company and acting as our clients' agents to ensure they receive premium products with a high degree of customer satisfaction in a manner that is profitable for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction equipment rental industry and be able to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, quoting jobs, procuring orders, coordinating logistical details, and ensuring quality workmanship by our crews in a productive fashion, resulting in profitable execution when meeting clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the needs of our clients

  • Ensure quality workmanship by our crews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Assist with strategic planning and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and submit reports detailing sales performance

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in construction equipment rental, sales, manufacturing, or managing construction projects
  • Dewatering and/or rental experience preferred
  • Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects
  • Proficient in PC software applications
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals
