As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at Bridge Property Management, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and repair facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning vents;
