Role Summary:

The Test Center Operations Specialist (TCOS) is the representative of Prometric in various testing facilities across the globe. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the examination process and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates undertaking significant assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify candidate identification and ensure compliance with testing protocols.
  • Monitor examination activities to uphold the highest standards of exam integrity.
  • Facilitate a welcoming and professional environment for all examinees.
  • Handle candidate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage candidate documentation and scorecards.
  • Secure the test center environment and all associated technology.
  • Report any irregularities or incidents to management as per company guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; college experience is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates.
  • Proficient in writing detailed reports and correspondence.
  • Familiarity with various computer applications, including MS Office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Capability to remain stationary for extended periods while overseeing examinations.
  • Visual acuity to monitor candidates and assess testing environments.
