Job Summary:
The Delegating Nurse-RN is a key member of the ProMedica team, responsible for coordinating care delivery in our memory care communities. This role ensures that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, community policies, and state and local guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical oversight of resident care within the memory care community.
- Provide coverage for multiple communities, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report on resident outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Valid and current RN state license in the operating state.
- Completion of mandatory Delegating Nurse education as developed by the board of nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
