Truck Driver with Delivery Expertise

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Garden State Growers. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for delivering rolling racks filled with live plants to customers across various locations.
About the Role- You will operate company vehicles in a safe, courteous, and professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction and neat appearance.
- Deliver merchandise to customers on scheduled routes, as well as to our PA and NJ locations.
- Transport and deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Pick up merchandise and rolling racks as needed.
- Operate company vehicle in accordance with safety and driving regulations.
- Unload product from racks in stores and return empty racks to Garden State Growers when possible.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, orderliness, and good working condition.
- Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks (pre- and post-inspection) and report any malfunctions to management.
- Ongoing communication with Dispatch is required.
- A valid Class A Driver's license.
- Clean MVR record.
- At least 2 years' driving experience.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical examiners certificate.
- Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift or pull 75 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full-time or seasonal positions available.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
