Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for interacting with residents, applicants, and vendors to provide exceptional customer service and support the overall objectives of our property management company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home to prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, secure lease agreements, and assist with lease renewals as required.
  • Maintain occupancy levels, exhibit professional leasing techniques, and assist with marketing strategies to promote the apartment community.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies, and maintain positive, professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assist with resident retention programs, ensure the safety and comfort of residents, and maintain accurate resident files.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance that meets State requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
