Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Support our Maryland Judiciary project as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
  • Define and capture business requirements to drive project success.
  • Provide design, development, testing, and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.
  • Offer 2nd tier production support to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Develop system documentation, including configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.
  • Work onsite 2 days per week.
Requirements:
  • S. Citizenship
  • Three supervisory references with your resume.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
  • Three years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Five years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
  • Expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and testing and/or PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
  • Expert-level knowledge in SDLC methodology and processes, SQL, Oracle 19C databases, and REST-based webservers.
  • Ability to provide expert customer service.
