Job Title: Critical Care Unit Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Critical Care Unit Nurse to join their team in Montclair, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Unit Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. As a Critical Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care Unit
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
