The Associate Director, People Analytics Product Development will design and operationalize infrastructure to measure outcomes of hiring, productivity, engagement, and retention in a hybrid work setting. This role will continuously optimize approaches to ensure we execute on this objective now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain a sustainable infrastructure to measure associate behaviors and their relationship to targeted business outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
  • Leverage a newly designed infrastructure to deliver high-impact actions that drive meaningful improvement for the organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver against a roadmap to drive and measure targeted outcomes for continuous improvement of our hybrid environment.
  • Derive continuous value from the infrastructure by leveraging best practices in analytical design throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements:
  • Strategic Problem Solving with a Bias for Action: 7 years of experience leveraging data and business knowledge to design solutions that measure impact of targeted business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Successful track record of delivering and synthesizing actionable insights/recommendations based on robust quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Experience building a v0.5 solution, getting real-world feedback, and then iterating to v1.0 with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Innovative Mindset: Forward-thinking visionary who can see where we need to be in 3 years and can develop a compelling, practical approach to how we get there starting tomorrow.
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity, objectivity, and productive collaboration using proven best practices and methodologies with a no-limits mindset.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical design concepts.
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders in the development of solutions for critical business initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics programming language (R or Python preferred).
  • Comfortable creating compelling data visualizations to explain complex insights.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, leveraging them to inform data model design.
