Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a critical role in driving the strategic forecasting and reporting activities for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, including orders, sales, EBIT, and cash forecasting and tracking.
  • Lead the Business Rhythm for 6 Business Managers, providing direction, guidance, and reviewing/approving inputs for the Annual Long Range Plan, Quarterly Contract Status Reviews, and weekly/monthly activities.
  • Present financial forecasts, explain variances, and provide risk and opportunity profiles to Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Manage a team, including a direct report analyst, providing day-to-day guidance, setting expectations, developing, and providing performance assessments.
Requirements
  • Financial Planning & Analysis Experience
  • Contract Status Review Experience
  • Exceptional Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance or have an Active Secret Clearance.
