Dedicated Speech Therapist

Soliant Education is a leading provider of educational solutions, and we are excited to offer a full-time position for a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Canton, GA.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students develop their communication skills and creating personalized therapy plans that drive academic success. As an SLP with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments, deliver specialized therapy, and track student progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with parents and school personnel.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid SLP license or certification in Georgia.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and educational staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
