Job Summary

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrophysiology Laboratory Technician to join our prestigious healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic electrophysiology studies to diagnose and treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrical disturbances of the heart.
  • Conduct catheter ablations for various arrhythmias, utilizing technical expertise and professional judgment in line with departmental standards.
  • Implant pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices, providing patient care and procedural instructions.
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation services, interpreting test results and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and treatment options, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Participate in research, clinical trials, and academic activities as appropriate, contributing to the advancement of cardiac electrophysiology.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited AMA school is a plus.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES); OR Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)); OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • Maintains a State License as a general radiographer.
  • Epic experience required.
  • BLS required.
