Job Summary:

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Laboratory Technician to join our prestigious healthcare team. As an Electrophysiology Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during Electrophysiology procedures. Your duties will include scrubbing, hemodynamic monitoring, stimulation, and circulating, applying clinical knowledge, technical expertise, and professional judgment in line with departmental standards. You will also provide patient care, assessments, procedural instructions, and maintain comprehensive procedure records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic electrophysiology studies.
  • Conduct catheter ablations for various arrhythmias.
  • Implant pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices.
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation services.
  • Interpret test results and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and treatment options.
  • Participate in research, clinical trials, and academic activities as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited AMA school is a plus.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES); OR Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)); OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • Maintains a State License as a general radiographer.
  • Epic experience required.
  • BLS required.
