Job Title: Relationship Banker

At Penn Community Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on banking products and services to customers
  • Interface with other business lines to refer customers to relevant products and services
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing customers using trust, respect, integrity, and transparency
  • Assist customers on the teller line and platform, providing value to both the customer and the bank
  • Contribute to the branch's goals, collaborating with managers and team members on sales strategy and participating in community affairs and activities
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous banking or relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Deposit and loan product knowledge
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills
