Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Merchandising: Effectively merchandise products, ensuring that they are displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Associate position requires standing for prolonged periods, working up to 10-hour shifts, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to tolerate extreme temperatures for minimum of 30-minute intervals is also required.
