Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Direct and supervise field personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Maintain open and daily communication with project managers and administrative staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scheduling: Create and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
  • Reporting: Complete daily reports and timesheets on the job site.
  • Meetings: Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
  • Safety: Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of construction industry experience with a minimum of 2 years as a lead Construction Project Manager.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents, experience with construction-related software, and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
