Northern Manor Multicare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work on weekends for our skilled nursing facility located in Nanuet, NY. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, you will be responsible for completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. You will establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families. Your duties will include:
  • Providing information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintaining safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
  • Maintaining resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  • Maintaining documentation of resident care services.
  • Maintaining a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience. They should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff. Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs is also required. Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are essential for this role.
