We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Supervisor at our skilled nursing facility in Nanuet, NY.
About the Role:- The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the care of residents and ensuring that high-quality care is provided.
- They will work closely with other healthcare teams to achieve this goal.
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care requirements.
- Providing support to residents and families, creating a compassionate environment.
- Answering questions and requests from residents and staff.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Ensuring confidentiality is maintained when processing resident information.
- Documenting resident care services and maintaining accurate records.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience is necessary.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be a strong team leader.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-prescribing programs is preferred.
Nanuet, NY
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
