We have served both private and public clients with distinction since our inception. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the surveying and mapping industry, encompassing both design and construction phases.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the survey division, including field crews, office staff, and related activities. Ensure efficient workflow, project timelines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various survey types (plat, boundary, topographic, route, tree/vegetation, legal/sketches, easements, record drawing, construction, etc.). Apply your knowledge to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proposal Development & Business Growth: Contribute to the development of proposals for new projects, leveraging your expertise to secure business opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance/Control: Conduct field visits to ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to. Provide guidance and training to field associates and drafting personnel.
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid State of Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license or be eligible for licensure.
  • Proven experience managing survey projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
