Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations: Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Order Management: Review, prioritize, and assign work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing KPIs and overseeing maintenance programs.
  • Safety Commitment: Strong understanding of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Educational Requirements: A 4-year degree plus 3 years of leadership experience, or at least 5 years of leadership experience in place of a degree.

  • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $116,000 annually, with a 10% bonus incentive.
