About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of senior living sales and marketing principles. As a Community Relations Director/Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals
  • Manage lead generation and conversion, including responding to inquiries and conducting tours
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Supervise and direct sales team members to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and sales performance
  • Monitor and maintain promotional item inventory and assess print advertising needs
  • Manage social media accounts and provide input on marketing budget and pricing information
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in senior living sales, hospitality, or healthcare sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work within a team environment
